1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mr8 ("Platform", "We", or "mr8") governing the use of the website, mobile app, and all services offered by mr8.

• Active and reachable phone number
• Valid email address
• Actual date of birth

4 Deposit & Payment

Mr8 supports a variety of deposit methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account registered in your own name

5 Fund Withdrawal

Mr8 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Account is not currently under review or investigation

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the mr8 support team. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding compliance issues.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, mr8 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings obtained through illegitimate means.

Mr8's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
